• Moderation:  We reserve the right to moderate and manage interactions to ensure a supportive environment.  Participants who violate these guidelines may lose access to the community or the Program without a refund.

• Payment Terms: Fees for programs and services are payable at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise specified.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital and invite-only nature of certain programs, all sales are final. Refunds will not be provided once access to Services has been granted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payment Plans: If a payment plan is offered, you agree to make timely payments as outlined during your enrollment. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to the Services.

All materials, including videos, templates, tools, and community content, are the exclusive intellectual property of estellaluna Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.  Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.  Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of Program materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.  By submitting content (e.g., testimonials or feedback) to us, you grant estellaluna Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content for marketing or other purposes, with appropriate credit.

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.  By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

estellaluna Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Program or membership community if a participant violates these Terms or engages in behavior that disrupts the community or undermines its values.  No refunds will be provided in cases of termination due to a breach of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.  Participants will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
